I find myself increasingly fascinated by the impact of a person's history on their body. All classes are geared to helping students rediscover their innate flexibility and strength, be it physical or psychological.
Over the weeks, you will breathe your way into greater self-awareness, exploring simple but profound yogic philosophy such as non-attachment, mindfulness and self-enquiry. Through careful attention to alignment and posture, students feel more balanced, agile and confident in their bodies and lives.
In addition to group classes, I have begun teaching 1 to 1 at home to students whose health needs benefit from more focused, individual attention. I am currently training as a Yoga for Backs specialist teacher.

Suitable for all levels. Visitors to Whitstable and new students are always welcome to take part. Just let me know if you need me to bring a yoga mat for you to borrow. £9 or less with my loyalty card as the sixth class is free. (Loyalty card can be used for any class.)
